WPC profile lines run the door cores, wall panel and lipping. Aluminium stock is cut to the surveyed opening — not to a standard size that you then have to build the wall around.
CNC carving of the relief panels, louvre and slat forming for gates, and glazing cut-outs. This is where a catalogue model becomes your door.
Powder coating and wood-grain transfer in our standard colours or a custom RAL, then curing and inspection before anything is assembled.
Frames, hinges, locks and handles fitted and adjusted, each leaf checked for square, swing and finish before it is wrapped for delivery.
