Before you send the enquiry

Are you really a factory, or a trading company?

We manufacture in Umm Al Quwain. SAYED Alzujaj Building Materials Manufacture L.L.C has produced WPC doors, foam board and wall panels since 2005, and SAYED Aluminum Industry L.L.C runs the aluminium door plant. You are welcome to visit either one before placing an order — that is the fastest way to settle the question.

Can you make a non-standard size?

Yes. Everything is made to order against the surveyed opening, including oversized entrance doors and gates. Standard catalogue models are a starting point, not a limit.

How long does an order take?

Lead time depends on the model, finish and quantity. Because production is local, a typical villa order is measured in weeks rather than the months an imported container takes — we confirm the exact date in the quotation.

Do you install, or only supply?

Both. We deliver and install across the UAE with our own fitters, or supply only if your contractor prefers to fit.

Do you sell to contractors and dealers?

Yes — trade pricing, sample boards and project schedules are available. Tell us the project and volume and we will price it accordingly.

Can you match a design I saw somewhere else?

Send the picture. Carving, profile, colour and hardware can usually be matched or improved on, and we will tell you honestly if something cannot be produced well.
